Christian Decker was the Strategy Director for Acamar Analysis and Consulting, which grew to become the Acamar Institute. He served as a global regulatory consultant in New York, Hong Kong, and Australia. He is now an Acamar Institute analyst and contributor.

 

After graduating from American University in Washington D.C. with a degree in International Studies, he commissioned as an Air Defense Artillery officer and served in the United States Army for six years. While in the Army, he gained significant operational experience with the Patriot weapons system and ballistic missile defense design through multiple deployments to the Middle East.
